Which inter-device link aggregation technology is recomended to use? Stacking, M-LAG or M-LAG Lite?

Now CloudEngine series switches support three inter-device link aggregation technologies: stacking, M-LAG, and M-LAG Lite.

What are the differences bettwen them, and which inter-device link aggregation technology is recomended to use?
