Whether Non-Authenticated Users and Authenticated Users can Access Each Other under PPPOE Authentication

My egress device is a firewall, and inside it is an MA5200G connected to a core switch.
I did PPPOE certification with MA. There is a server on the core switch, and the gateway is on the core device.
Excuse me, how to achieve:
1. Set the server on the core to a fixed IP address, and the server can go online without authentication.
2. Whether the users authenticated by the intranet can access the server normally, how can they not access it, and how to solve it?
