Where to contact Huawei for repair parts?

Hello,

we have Huawei OSN 3500, OSN 2500 und OSN 1500 since 2004. For a few years we had not need to get parts to repair.  So we lost contact to the Huawei support. Now I need help the get parts repaired.
Maybe we need a new contract with Huawei.
