when we use smc to create a conference , there are some error appeared

when we use smc to create a conference , there are some error appeared. the errors as follow:

  service area failed to schedule the conference. (Insufficient MCU or recording resources in the node. Check whether the MCU or recording server is offline, or whether the MCU is suspended from reservation.)(Error code 0x110000E2)

hello dear , I face the problem as same as yours, there is a solution ,please test
1、login smc server, enter system ->setting ->service area
2、add the service areas.
3、check again, found the problem is solved

I've the same issue, but this way "login smc server, enter system ->setting ->service area" don't work.

Could this error be due to the MCU minor error?

Video resources less than those specified in the license: The actual video resources are less than those specified in the license.
We have VP9630 with 4xH.265 and 24x1080p30

We are now discussing this issue with the local huawei engeener. If it does not work out, I will contact to TAC.

I'm employee of Huawei Distributer and this equipment is demo. We don't have Hi-care services for it.
