There is no direct cause and effect relationship between the disk usage and IOPS. Although the current IOPS is low, I/Os are queued in the queue according to the bdmiostat.sh command. This indicates that I/Os are not processed by the disk in time. The current I/O model may have reached the bottleneck for these disks.
