On a conference between two RP200 systems (based on TE30 codec), when both participants talk at the same time, suddenly one of the participants goes into "mute" mode then becomes active after few seconds, without any intervention.

The software version of the TE30 is V500R002C00SPCb00.

Solution

Upgrade both TE30s to software version V600R006C10SPC300.
