In this post i am going to explain how to solve the issue for not showing correct number of the called party

Product : U1981 and IP phones

【Problem Description】: Display number incoming not showing correctly on the called party

【Problem Analysis】:check the logs found the short number appear to the customer not the long number and they want to show the long number

【Root Cause】: Client-Huawei Product-local Maintenance

【Solution Description】: check the prefix created and make display calling number on

 Previous: Poor connection error during eSpace desktop calls

Next: After call initiated no RTP istransmitted therefore call disconnect aftet 20 sec


