Hello and thanks for posting on our Forum!

It's normal because all of these slots and ports have their recovery configurations in sequence, some become fast and some slow.

Thanks. but 10 seconds is quite long , the end user devices lost connection and restart, like phone, wireless access points

Normally what is the long time for OLT PON slot/PON ports becomes active?

Normally what is the long time for OLT PON slot/PON ports becomes active?  ---It depends on how many configurations there are on the OLT,the more configurations the more time it will take to become normal.

I am very sorry, I thought it was to restart the OLT in the morning. If it is a switchover, it needs to be analyzed according to the specific networking and protection group configuration (same board tybeb, cross-board typeb, typec or dual-return protection group, etc.), 10s is partial Long
