Hey there!

1. Make sure the SmartKit and CRU versions match. If we can't confirm that, update their version all to the latest.

2. Check if the storage is 18000 V3. If yes, then no need to retry - 18000 V3/V5 does not support the CRU tool. Download one FRU tool package from the suppport, then import it into SmartKit.
