Step 1 If you access the LAN in Wi-Fi mode inside your enterprise, check the Wi-Fi network

connection and verify that the network address is correct.


Step 2 If you access the enterprise server through a public network, check the cell data network

settings and verify that you can access the carrier network properly.


Step 3 Verify that the IP address and port number configured for the enterprise server are correct. If

you are not sure about the configuration, contact the administrator.


Step 4 If the fault persists after the preceding operations, the enterprise server may be faulty
