When I created the cluster the VCN server display error message.

When I created the cluster ,the VCN server display error message.

The error is : Failure.Check whether the cluster has been dissolved and creat clster again!

What is your Device type?

The inability to create clusters is a common problem that is often caused by the absence of an NTP time configuration.

1. Check if the cluster has been created according to the system shows.

2. Check that no clusters have been created and try to create them again.

3. Check whether the servers time incorrect ,then change it and create the cluster again.
