When Fetch History Video IVS 3800 Return 404 Message

IVS3800 version C50SPC200, integration with YITU FR server use GB28181 protocol.


From YITU server, they can review real-time video, but when they fetch history video, 3800 return 404 message.


Please advise to solve the issue, thank you.

Have you enabled the video function? If not, you can not the video.

If it's enabled, I suspect it's your network problem, you can try to refresh it and check it again

@All, please be noted that the solution for this case is by configuring the T28281's extend parameter 's first bit to 1.
