Internet has become necessity now as per United Nations UN now Internet is a Basic Right.


At what age you used Internet for the first time & what was the speed?

When did you use Internet for the first time?(age and speed)-3583101-1 10 years old,  I do not know the exact speed.

at 16 Years Old just to download games on NOKIA Mobile, maybe speed is in Kbps. now I am 28.
used internet on desktop at the age of 19. just to watch movies. didn't care about speed unless the video is not loading properly.

I use internet for firts time on 1st year of the university when I studied telecommunications and electronics engineer in the subject of computer services. The speed I don´t know. The service of my university was Frame Relay.In 4th year they gave us personal access but I don't remember the speed.

My first time accessing the Internet was in an internet cafe, because, at that time, I didn't have enough money to even buy a PC t_0008.gifI think that I was around 10 years old.
Later on I had a personal PC and internet connection. The speed was probably 56Mbps, but soon after I updated it to 100 Mbps.

The first time was when I started my TIC technical course at high school in 1996. We used a 64k dedicated line shared with 30 computers during the class.
Windows 95 with incredible Pentium 133 MHz with 16MB of RAM and 300MB of HD.
