Handling Process
1, netstat - nao at the Server console, observe whether the server 21 port is open; If no, install FTP service components, and reconfigure;
2, check FTP service configuration of IIS component, confirm FTP home directory and the directory path when install Secospace is consistent, and select the "write" right. Under the FTP home directory folder, check ftpupload, ftpdownload user operation rights, and ftpupload should have "write" right.
3,after confirm FTP username and password are correct, check FTP connection and operation in Secospace configuration page again;
4, reinstall the Secospace Server, and set the right FTP directory.
Root Cause
1, FTP service has not run;
2, FTP server configuration is error;
3, Input the wrong FTP username, password;
4, put the FTP folder on the operating system installation disk (generally disk C), and installed the Setwin2003, and Setwin2003 cancel the FTP upload and download rights, so lead to the operation is failure.

Suggestions
1, when install Secospace, strictly according to the operation manual to set relating FTP parameter;
2, confirm ftpupload, ftpdownload users have operation right to the directory;
3, do not put FTP folder under the operating system installation disk (generally disk C).
