1. login this branch AP, enter dir and you can find the file mon_file.txt ,export this file.
2. enter logfile directory , export log.log and *.dblg .
3. enter diagnose mode in AP, Collect the information as below. There will be lots of information. Please collect all of them.
[xxxx-xxxx-4680-diagnose]display kernel-logbuf record-range 1
[xxxx-xxxx-4680-diagnose]display kernel-logbuf record-range 2
[xxxx-xxxx-4680-diagnose]display kernel-logbuf record-range 3
4. Provide the problem occurred time to us and we will check the log in this period.
5. Collect log.log in AC and log.dblg in the problem occurred time. Also please provide the problem AP id and Mac-address. This post was last edited by Skay at 2018-09-12 02:20.
