What type of packet sent in a VRRP HELLO message

Heartbeat Interface Status
The status of the heartbeat interface indicates the cause of abnormal HRP hello packet exchange. A heartbeat interface has the following states:

running: The heartbeat interface is running normally.
ready: The interface is running normally. The interface is a standby heartbeat link and is not in use.
negotiation failed: The local end is normal but cannot receive heartbeat packets from the peer end.
invalid: The IP address of the heartbeat interface is not specified. Heartbeat interfaces work at Layer 2.
down: The physical status and protocol status of the heartbeat interface are Down.
If the status of the heartbeat interface is invalid or down, it indicates that the heartbeat interface or the heartbeat link fails. If the heartbeat interfaces of the two firewalls are in negotiation failed state, the interfaces are normal but cannot receive heartbeat packets from the peer end.
