This post refers to the issue of how to do when logging in to the IVS client to reach the maximum user logins(119101306). Please find the solution below.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION

ISSUE ANALYSIS
One device has logged in to the server with the Admin account.
SOLUTION
Log in to the server via SSH.
Check the 9900 port occupancy IP address.

Check the corresponding IP address device and close the client or cancel the account configuration.
Log in with the Admin account and create a new user.
Log in to the IVS client with a new user.
