What to do if unable to access any IPC webpage?

1.Please confirm that the IP of the camera is correct.we can try to ping the camera.
if the ping is not ok ,please :

a).Download the IPC Tool ,and try to search the camera.

b).We can manually reset the IPC address.

2.if the ping is ok ,please check the web is IE .
