Run the display board 0 command to check whether the control board is attached to the voice daughter board. If no, insert the voice daughter board.

NOTE:
For some of the voice daughter boards, such as CKMC and M2XA, their programs are packed into the IO board package file. Therefore, ensure that programs of the corresponding voice daughter board are in the IO board package file.

For SCUB or SCUF, run the display electro-switch command to check whether VoIP electronic label (e-label) is enabled. If not, run the electro-switch 1 location-0 command to enable it.

NOTE:
By default, e-label 1 is on location-1(0/20/3). If the voice service is required, the e-label needs to be set to location-0(VOIP). Save the data and then switch the e-label. After switching, the system resets automatically. Upstream port 0/20/3 cannot be used.

For SCUN, no e-label is designed.
In diagnose mode, run the display flash state active command to check whether the control board is loaded with the voice file. If no, load the voice file.

Run the display IO-packetfile information command to check whether the voice board software is contained in the IO board package file of the control board. If not, load the IO board package file.
