Possible causes
1. The user is not running the IVS C/S client as the administrator user.
2. The user does not have the Read, Write and Modify permissions on the files in the installation directory of the IVS C/S Client.
Solution
1. Right-click the icon of the IVS C/S Client and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
2. Click the Compatibility tab, click Run this program as an administrator.
3. Click the Security tab and click Edit.
4. Add the user rights for every user.
After the user rights have been added, you can log in to the IVS C/S client successfully.
