Firstly, you should check your networking is co-deployment or independent deployment, if it is co-deployment, you need according to guide of eMRS,eUDC,eMDC to stop the service of these NE, if it is independent deployment, please refer to next step.
Secondly, you need to obtain the password of related account, and check whether the status of all eOMC services is RUNNING, if it is RUNNIING, please stop it by eOMC tools Management

Thirdly,Check
whether current version of eOMC can be supported to upgrade to target version.
Finally, During the upgrade process, do not do any operation, including
start or uninstall eOMC910 services, exit the upgrade tool, operate the
MySQL service and so on.
