After I log in to the window to upload packages, there are other uploaded packages whose Status is Running.
Possible reason:
The user who upgraded the U2000 in Web mode last time did not confirm that the upgrade was complete.
Troubleshooting:
Step1: Select all uploaded packages whose Status is Running and click Go To, then Selecting all uploaded packages whose Status is Running.
Step 2: Click Back repeatedly until the system displays a dialog box asking you whether to stop the upgrade.
Step3: Click Yes. The system displays the window for you to upload packages. Status of the uploaded packages is changed to active.
