1. Restart the IE browser.
2. Select Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box is displayed.
3. Click the Advanced tab. The Advanced page is displayed.
4. Click Reset. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box is displayed.
5. Select Delete personal settings and click Reset. A dialog box is displayed.
6. After the setting is complete, click Close. The Internet Explorer dialog box is displayed.
7. Click OK and restart the IE browser.
8. Log in to the eAPP Management System.
