When you uninstall SystemReporter on a Windows host, the following information is displayed. The uninstallation user is different from the installation user. Therefore, you cannot uninstall SystemReporter.

If this problem occurs, you are advised to log in to the operating system as the user who installs SystemReporter and uninstall it.
If the installation user cannot log in to the system reporter, go to the C:\Users directory, find the user name directory for installing SystemReporter, and find the legoInstalled.xml file.

Copy the legoInstalled.xml file to the directory where the current user is located, and then continue the uninstallation.
