What Should I Do If a Video Received From a Mobile Terminal Is Played Horizontally?

Problem Identification
After receiving a video recorded by a mobile terminal on the eSpace Desktop and saving the video to the local PC, I use the Windows Media Player or QQ Player installed on my PC to play the video. The video is played horizontally.

Possible Cause
The video is recorded in vertical mode. Players such as the Windows Media Player and QQ Player cannot adjust the playback orientation of videos. As a result, the video is played horizontally.

Solution
Download the QuickTime player from its official website and play the video in the QuickTime player.
