You check with this:

Error code description

When the client logs in through the WI (over the gateway), the response message after receiving the address ticket to the gateway fails.


Possible Causes

The network between the client and the gateway is abnormal.
Gateway exception.

Approach

Check whether there is an alarm for vag abnormality.
Check the network between the client and the gateway.
Try again later or replace a terminal for testing.

Hi, fei!


The error code means that a client attempts to log in to a VM from the WI (over the gateway), the gateway fails to return this response.


the possible cause is that the network connection between the client and the gateway is abnormal.

You can do as following to solve it :

  • Method 1: Check that the network connection with the gateway is normal.

  • Method 2: Restart the TC and try again later.

  • Method 3: Check that the gateway is running properly.
