Today, I’d like to share a case.
Problem description
Customer wanted to see which voice file is loaded on a device (MA5600T and MA5616) from the U2000 GUI
Problem analyes
The voice file cannot be displayed for older versions of MA5600T, the first one which supports is V800R012
The voice file cannot be displayed for older versions of MA5616 , the first one which supports is V800R312
The voice file cannot be displayed for older versions of U2000 , the first one which supports is V100R008
Root cause
N/A
Solution
1) For MA5600T search for the device->NE Panel-> click on one service board and in the Slot Detailed Info you will find the Voice File Information
2) For MA5616 search for the device->NE Panel-> click on the control board (CCUC or CCUB)and in the Slot Detailed Info you will find the Voice File Information
