Refer to STP protocol it certains field in the BPDU identifies
the root switch. if so BPDU was sent by a switch contains this
field, this switch is considered as the root switch. What is this field?
Root Identifier refer to the Bridge root id. The left-most 2 bytes are Bridge priority, and the right-most 6 bytes are MAC address of Bridge. In MSTP BPDU, this field indicates the ID of the CIST root switch.
