I cannot log in to the management page of the HG8245H5.

I use the account on the nameplate on the rear of the device, but it seems that the user name and password are incorrect. Is there any other account for the device?

User name: root

Password: adminHW

HG8245H5 IP address

IP address: 192.168.100.1

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0


Note:

1. If you cannot log in, the password may have been changed. You can retrieve the initial password only after restoring the factory settings. Restoring the factory settings of the device will cause all the configuration data of the device to be lost. Please exercise caution when performing this operation.

2. If you want to obtain the administrator's user name and password, please contact your device supplier.
