Connect your computer, phone, or laptop to any LAN port on your ONT device using an Ethernet
cable or to the Wi-Fi network of Huawei ONT. Access the ONT web interface by entering the following
IP address on the browser.

• 192.168.x.x Login into ONT by entering the following credentials 

• Username: Epuser 

• Password: userEp OR
  You can enter the password written on the back of the device.

You can obtain the default username and password on the product nameplate,

2. Default password of Wi-Fi.

If you cannot log in to the WebUI using the account and password on the nameplate, the following situations may occur:

• The default password for this device has been changed.

• In this case, you need to:

  a. Resetting the device

  b. Contact the device provider to obtain the device administrator account and password to log in to the device WebUI.

• The device is customized by the ISP. In this case, contact the ISP to obtain the corresponding solution.

• The device password varies by region. Contact the local device provider and service agent.

Hello, friend!

The Telnet/SSH account and password vary according to the device version.

In the general version, the default user name and password of the ONT Telnet are Eproot and adminEp.

According to the screenshots you provided, you did not try the above account and password.

If you still fail to log in to the ONT using the preceding account and password in Telnet/SSH mode the device version is a customized version, you need to contact the local device provider to obtain the device account and password.
