S.M.A.R.T is short for Self-Monitoring analysis and Report Technology. It is a mainstream security technology for hard disks. When hard disks are working, the monitoring mechanism ***yzes the status of engines, circuits, disks, and headers. When an exception occurs, the system spins down the hard disks and backs up its data.
