SVC (Scalable Video Coding) is a multi-stream forwarding conference. Conferences are encoded and decoded on endpoints. The endpoints provide video with multiple resolutions to the MCU, which only forwards the video.

Currently, SVC conferences support resolutions ranging from 90p to 720p.

Yes, Of course.
SVC conferences have high requirements on endpoints.
In addition, you need to purchase a license.
TE60 supports SVC. You can check it.
