what is the requirement for the APP which can be installed in the IP phones.

I saw we can install some APPs in the IP Phone 8950, what is the requirement for the APPs?

hello, bro! Hoping you are fine. please check the below answers:
1. If your IP phone version is V200R003C30, you can't install any APP in the IP phone. it does not support in this version.
2. If your IP phone version is V200R003C00, you can download the app through the browser, but we don't suggest you to do this, because if you install too much APPs in the IP phone, it will effect the IP phone performance.

eSpace 8950 does not support applications related to Google services or those dependent upon gravity sensing, video, audio, or vibration. It does not support customized development either.

As the others have advised it is not recommended to install 3rd party applications on the 8950 phone, but if you want to there are a few conditions to be met:

1. You need the firmware version of  V200R003C00 in order to be able to access the browser and download the file. The firmware can be found at the following link:

and the 8950 is based on the Andorid , so it's support to install some APP if the Firmware version is Available for that Android version ,but we don't suggest to install any APP on IP phone ,if affect the call/conference performance ,we can't support about that
