The TE sequence number needs to be provided for repairing and spare parts application. Query the sequence number of each endpoint model as follows:
For TE30, TE40, TE50, TE60, TX50, DP300, endpoints of the 8 series, endpoints of the 9 series, RP200, and RP100:
- Obtain the 16-character sequence number prefixed with 21023 from the bar code pasted on the endpoint.
- Log in to the web page of the endpoint, choose Help > Version, and check the sequence number. To connect to cameras and microphones, you can also check the sequence numbers of the cameras and microphones.
For VPC600 HD cameras:
1. Use the serial port tool to connect to the camera and configure the baud rate to 9600.
2. Enter 81 ec 5a a5 01 ff to go to the device.
3. Enter 81 ec 01 33 ff to check the sequence number of the VPC600 camera.
- Use the serial port control lines to connect to the endpoint or camera, log in to the web page of the endpoint, and choose Help > Version to check the camera version.
For tri-screen TP:
Log in to the web page of the TP host, right-click Telepresence Host, and choose Query Version to display the TP host sequence number.
