Devices at the two ends of a link negotiate the link status by exchanging LACP packets. If CPU usage of an LPU is too high, the LACP task may fail to be scheduled. This will cause packet timeout and Eth-Trunk flapping. To prevent this problem, Huawei recommends that LACP should be configured on an inter-LPU Eth-Trunk interface. If the CPU usage of one LPU is too high, another LPU can still work properly and the LACP task will be scheduled as usual.
