What Is the Problem with the Maintenance Port Meth0 of MA5626

Hi there.

Why does my MA5626 maintenance port handle the DOWN status all the time? The virtual protocol channel is also configured.

MA5626(config)#display interface meth 0
Current status of meth0: DOWN
Current status of the link layer protocol: DOWN
Description: met0001
The maximum transmission unit is 1500 bytes
The address of this interface is 10.10.10.10/24

IP message sending frame format: PKTFMT_ETHNT_2, the hardware address is f84a-bf84-2622
