The avoid-feedback parameter is applicable to the LSDBs of different levels on the local device. For example, router A (level-1-2) sends an LSP of level-1 to router B (level-1-2). After receiving the LSP, router B converts it into a level-2 LSP by default and then sends it to router A, if router A is configured with avoid-feedback, the Level-2 LSDB of router A does not learn the LSP.
