WebRTC Conference

Applicable Terminals

This feature is available for all types of terminals in the solution.

Feature Definition

A WebRTC conference indicates that users need to join a conference using the WebRTC client (logging in to the portal using a browser). Currently, users cannot join the conference by clicking a link using the WebRTC client. Instead, users can only log in to the portal and enter the conference number and site name on the WebRTC client to join the conference.
The hosted MediaX network enables users to join the conference through the embedded portal of the WebRTC gateway and supports voice, video, and presentation interworking.

Hi, chelun

The WebRTC can use the WebRTC Client browser to enter the conference URI and conference password (optional. When the conference uses the password for authentication), the WebRTC client can join the video conference anytime and anywhere without installing any plug-in.
