1）Slot based HA -- On the same slot 1 there is only one vlan with VRRP preferred on router R1.
2）VLAN based HA -- On the same slot 1 there are two vlans, VLAN 1 is with VRRP preferred on router R1 and VLAN 2 is with VRRP preferred on router R2.
