Hello, guys!

Have a nice day to you!

What is the difference between SIP(common terminal) number and UC client?

This topic will tell you!

  • Common terminal number: used for IP phones and POTS phones mounted to IADs, regardless of linkage or non-linkage. When a common terminal number is enabled on the BMU, it is synchronized to the U1900 and can be used by an IP phone or POTS phone mounted to an IAD to register with the U1900.

  • UC number: used for eSpace Desktop and eSpace Mobile, including linkage and non-linkage. When a UC number is enabled on the BMU, it is synchronized to the U1900 and can be used by eSpace Desktop and eSpace Mobile to register with the U1900 before making a voice call.

    • Non-linked UC number: used for eSpace Desktop and eSpace Mobile

    • Linked UC number: used only for eSpace Desktop
