What is the difference between GPON board GPSF and GPHF?

I use H901GPHF boards for OLT MA5800. And I want to buy H901GPSF.

What is the difference between GPON board GPSF and GPHF?

Both the H901GPSF and H901GPHF boards are 16-port GPON interface board. Both of them can provide GPON access services together with optical network units (ONUs). The following table lists the differences between the two boards.

Hello,


  • GPSF only can supports FTTH, while GPHF supports FTTH, FTTO, FTTM and D-CCAP.


  • MAX number MAC Address
H901GPSF: 16384

H901GPHF: 131072


  • GPHF support 1588v2 procotol, while GPSF cannot.

As I know you don't need special software version.
While GPSF scenario have limited only support FTTH.
