Comparing with the previous versions, version 7147 changes that no service name is specified for authentication of users.
I. Version 7141:
(1) Precise Match
If no service name is specified for authentication of user, and the system is not filled with sixteen service names, the match will succeed; if the system has been configured with sixteen service names to full, the match will fail.
(2) Fuzzy Match
If no service name is specified in authentication of users, the match will succeed.
II. Version 7147:
(1) Precise Match
If no service name is specified in authentication of users, the system will not echo the user until it configurex the attribute of service name to \NULL\.
(2)Fuzzy Match
If no service name is specified in authentication of users, the system will respond to the user successfully if it configures service name to full. If the system has configured the service name to full, and the service names configured have been set to "NULL", it will respond to users normally.
Note: The command to set the attribute of service name to "NULL" is: pppoe-server service-name NULL (NULL must be captilized). The attacment presents the comparison of two versions in detail.
