SR120 can support Raid0/1/1E/10, but does not support battery protection.
SR320BC 512MB/1GB can support Raid0/1/10/5/50/6/60, iBBU battery protection or super capacitor protection, up to 16 hard drives, and Cache capacity can be 512MB or 1GB.
SR520BC 1GB can support Raid0/1/10/5/50/6/60, support super capacitor protection, support Cache Cade 2.0 technology, support up to 32 hard disks, Cache capacity can be 512MB or 1GB.
I would like to ask, under what circumstances 512M or 1Gb is used, and what is the basis?
