The Push to Talk Over Cellular (PoC) feature allows users to use the IP technology to connect to the enterprise network and then perform trunking group calls. PoC is an application-layer software technology, and is not subject to the access technology used by terminals.

Benefits

The PoC feature allows UEs and eUEs to perform trunking group call services in the absence of eLTE network coverage. In this way, hybrid grouping of PTT trunking users and PoC users is achieved.
