This time, I'd like to introduce the OptiXstar T863E, a new access network product released by Huawei.
Product Overview
Huawei OptiXstar T863E is an ONU in Huawei industrial optical network solution. It is oriented to industrial scenarios such as mining, oil and gas, electric power, and transportation. It provides GPON, XGS-PON, or EPON dual upstream ports on the network side and provides eight GE Ethernet ports on the user side and supports PoE++.
iDetect Algorithms
Huawei OptiXstar T863E provides two 10 Gbit/s high-speed channels to efficiently respond to service data and provide end-to-end redundancy protection. Huawei's self-developed iDetect algorithm can implement link switchover within 50 ms when a fault occurs, ensuring zero service interruption and meeting customers' reliability requirements.
Ultra-fast Authentication Armor
Huawei OptiXstar T863E uses the Ultra-fast Authentication Armor mechanism to ensure secure network operation. The microsecond-level secure boot process is added in its startup process, just like adding a shield to the product. T863E uses the RSA-4096 algorithm, which could be cracked only in 2125 according to Moore's Law. This algorithm would hardly be cracked before quantum computer applied.
Super heat dissipation membrane
The Ultra-fast Authentication Armor can cool heat without fans in a 70°C high temperature environment, and can run stably and maintain good performance in a high temperature environment, meeting harsh environmental requirements in industrial scenarios.
