What is Martini and Kompella

Hello,

I am little bit confused about finding the difference between martini and kompella. Can anyone discribe the difference betwen both, in terms of implementation, benifits and issues?

Kompella VLL uses the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) as the signaling protocol to transmit Layer 2 information and VC labels between PE devices. Please refer to https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100126530&id=EN-US_CONCEPT_0177108908&lang=en
