in the eDC610, The gateway users include three types:

PSTN user: Connects a fixed-line phone user through the PSTN gateway and supports P2P and group calls.
PLMN user: Connects a mobile terminal user through the PLMN gateway and supports P2P call.
TETRA user: Connects a trunking user through the TETRA gateway and supports only group calls.

NOTE:

The gateway users are not subscribed by the eDC users.
