The LEDs on the panel of the PSM-B9

INDICATION                                                                RUN LED      ALM LED
Everything is normal                  Flashing slowly (once a second)                     OFF
The system gives no alarm but the communication is interrupted Flashing quickly (once every 120 ms) OFF
The system gives an alarm but the communication is normal Flashing slowly (once a second) ON
The system gives an alarm and the communication is interrupted    Flashing quickly (once every 120 ms) ON
