The server has an available IP address. During installation, the available IP address is not displayed in the drop-down list box in the window for selecting an IP address.

Possible Causes
The driver of the network adapter where the IP address is located has not been correctly installed.
Procedure
Re-install the driver of the network adapter and then re-install eSight.
