Hello, firend!

For Huawei ONTs with Wi-Fi functions, perform the following steps:

1. Check whether you can access the Internet using a network cable. If this method does not work, the network is unavailable and you are advised to contact the service provider.

2. Check whether parental control is enabled on the ONT to limit Internet access permission. Specifically, log in to the ONT web page. Navigate to Security > Parental Control Configuration

3. and check whether a parental control profile has been bound to your terminal. If yes, cancel the binding

Huawei ONT

Note: Some ONTs do not support parental control.

4. Power off and restart the ONT. Then try to connect to Wi-Fi again.

Thanks!
